Senior high school history teachers' teaching habits refer to the relatively stable mode of teaching thoughts,teaching behaviors and teaching methods which are formed in the personal teaching activities of high school history teachers.In today's situation,there are more or less bad habits happening to the majority of senior school history teachers in the teaching activities of all aspects that need to be improved and perfected.At the same time,from the point of view of subject teaching,the bad teaching habits of senior high school history teachers will also have unique characteristics.In the process of the research,the author expounds the related concepts of high school history teachers'bad teaching habits,performance characteristics and methods,which is from three aspects of thought,method and behavior of daily teachings.Through the research,we can find out the adverse factors of the formation of these bad teaching habits and solutions for them.The new curriculum reform,step by step,joins the requirement of training the core quality in the environment of examination oriented education.Under such a background,the society lacks scientific and comprehensive understanding of education,And it is easier for the high school history teachers in the practical teaching activities to give rise to bad teaching habits.At the same time,the concept of the history of the subject,the teacher's personal teaching quality and the professional development environment of teachers are also the main factors to breed bad teaching habits.These bad teaching habits in the teaching situation Automatically shows up and has played a negative role in varying degrees in the development of students,teachers professional development,the development of high school education.After deliberate analysis of the formation process of the teaching habits behind,the author finds that in the high school history teaching process,the one who has the largest right of speech is not the the direct perpetrators of teaching,teachers,but some rights group with the social dominant.It also contributed to the high school history teachers to develop themselves in the teaching of all sorts of bad habits.Under the interaction of both,it also causes a series of teaching problems.For the improvement of the bad teaching habits of high school history teachers,the path must be improved.On the one hand,the society should leave correct and effective guidance for high school history subject role and status.What's more,the ecological environment of high school history teachers' teaching also should be improved in the national system,education system,teacher development system which can form a good interaction with the students and the community.On the other hand,the high school history teachers should also clearly understand and reflect on their teaching habits,cultivate the habit of consciousness and broaden the outlook over the examination oriented education.looking for their own teaching methods and regulating their teaching behavior will continue to optimize the teaching habits mode preserved and reach a harmonious interaction with high school history teaching to promote the effective realization of Humanities Education in senior high school.
