This study is using literature research and action research,preliminary understand and analyze the problems of why the fourth grade students' writing ability is low and what its' causes.It uses the meaningful learning theory and schema theory and the theory research results of relevant writing as a guide,according to the English curriculum standards for primary school students writing comprehension requirements,the mind map is chosen as the experimental tools,in the fourth grade in our school to carry out the application of mind map as a learning strategy study,aims to provide students with more diverse writing learning strategies,stimulate and maintain students' interest in learning English,improving their writing comprehension.Through experiments,I've found that the mind of the graph provides a good scaffolding for improving students' writing comprehension ability and enables students to think in the way of mind maps and represent the writing contents in the same way.In the process of writing,students gradually formed the habit of using existing knowledge and understand the writing content and grasp the overall article.The first chapter of the dissertation mainly discusses the basis of the selected topic,defines the related concepts of mind map,writing teaching in English,and writing teaching based on mind map by using the literature method.At the same time,analyze the research status.Based on the comprehension of the related concepts in the teaching of Mind Mapping,Chapter Two summarizes the characteristics of the teaching of Writing in Mind Mapping,introduces the drawing method of Mind Mapping,and then proceeds with the related theoretical foundation of the teaching method of Mind Mapping Combing,to further elaborate the significance of the topic and feasibility.The third chapter analyzes the advantages and influences of primary school English writing based on mind map.The fourth chapter introduces the experiment of mind map in the teaching of primary school English writing.Based on the analysis of the present situation of the implementation of the teaching method of mind map in Shanghai S Primary School,The Effect and Deficiency of Map Writing Teaching.The fifth chapter introduces the writing teaching practice based on mind map,analyzes the types of mind map used in this study,from the thinking map of writingcontent,the mind map of writing composition,the mind map of writing vocabulary,Lists the writing patterns of the mind mapping and other aspects of the application of the different strategies of mind mapping differences,the last of these types were summarized.Taking the case study of senior grade English in primary schools as an example,this paper analyzes the existing problems and countermeasures in the current senior years.Finally,the dissertation summarizes the research and concludes that the teaching method of mind map writing can be widely used in the English teaching of primary schools in Shanghai,and points out the significance of the research results to the English teaching of primary schools and the direction of future efforts.
