School education and classroom appeared many moral problems under the influence of modernity.Under all kinds of the pressure,the origin of education gradually deviated,the value of the classroom is getting lost.How the education develop and how to build classroom is still the important problem we are facing now.The moral problem needs to be solved by moral method.Therefore,based on the virtue ethics,this paper puts forward the basic concept of virtue and virtue class on the basis of comprehensive study of the moral view in history,and points out the pursuit of virtue class is to enhance people's happiness.The main content of this article revolves around why we need virtue class,what is the virtue class,the pursuit of virtue class and how to achieve this kind of class four issues and it is divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduces the significance of the research,the related research,the research content and the method,and the innovation of the research.The second part further elaborates the theory and the background of the thesis.The third part summarizes the connotation and characteristics of virtue on the basis of the main moral view in history,and defines the concept of virtue class.The fourth part clearly points out that the highest goodness of virtue class is the realization of human happiness and does further discussion around what is happiness,the relationship between virtue and happiness,why the moral class can achieve happiness and other issues.It is the further supplement of the third part.The fifth part proceeds with the teaching practice,teacher-student relationship and teaching environment,discusses the possible ways to realize the moral classroom.In the process of the whole discussion,this paper mainly adopts the research methods of literature and theoretical analysis.Theoretical study is based on the existing research achievements and use the philosophical and logical thinking of these achievements to make theoretical thinking,so as to make the research innovation,reflect the value of research.Through the research,this paper draws some conclusions:First of all,the virtue class is put forward to solve the decline of modern virtuous ethics,the deviation of the origin of education and the loss of classroom values and other social and educational problems.It is not invented,but in order to solve the moral problems in real education;Secondly,on the basis of summarizing the moral view in history and distinguish related concepts,the definition of virtue and virtue class is clearly defined.Virtue is a praiseworthy quality and psychological set,it needs to be shown in the specific practical situations.In a broad sense,virtue can not only be used to describe the quality of people but also be used to describe the quality of objects.Both people and objects have virtue.In a narrow sense,virtue is a kind of human quality,is unique,with the characteristics of stability,internality and excellence.Classroom is a kind of practical activity and the moral class is a kind of classroom to achieve happiness.It is a kind of teaching activity which makes participants feel satisfied and realize self-worth and the pursuit in the pleasant and harmonious atmosphere.It has three characteristics:harmonious type,satisfaction type and implementation type.Thirdly,the value of virtue class is to promote students' happiness.Happiness is a kind of self-realization,it fully displays individual potential which is creative and superiority.It has some features such as moderation in process,ultimate nature in value,self-sufficiency in state and overall harmony.A happy class has five representations,namely the mood cheerful and spiritual enrichment,freedom of thought,can play with creativity and self realization of opportunity.Virtue and happiness is not conflict and is not entirely consistent.Virtue can approach happiness,their relationship is from virtue to happiness.Moral classroom can achieve happiness because of the education and guiding function of moral classroom is helpful for the realization of happiness.On the other hand,the characteristics of justice,harmony and freedom in moral classroom is also the important elements of happiness.Finally,it is possible to realize the virtue class.In the process of practice virtue class we need to think in three aspects:virtue of teaching practice,virtue of teacher-student relationship and virtue of teaching environment.Among them,the virtue of teaching practice involves three questions as the comprehensiveness of teaching objectives,the appropriateness of teaching content and teacher's virtue.The main point of teacher-student relationship is to return to classical rational,establish the relationship of intimate,freedom and equality,also with awe.At the same time,join the elements of cooperation and reflection combine the characteristics of the modem time.The biggest innovation of this paper lies in the idea of introduce the moral thought in ethics into the classroom construction.It combines ethics and pedagogy closely,in order to make a breakthrough to the classroom construction.
