Inheritance And Regeneration Of Urban Traditional Culture In Old City Reconstruction--Anthropological Research On Traditional Food Culture Outside Harbin Old Road

With the continuous advance of China's urbanization,the transformation of the old city has been one of the hot issues,especially the problem of cultural heritage,which is the difficulty of the transformation of the old city.After the combination of examples at home and abroad of the transformation of the old city and related information,to Harbin old outside the food culture as an example,from the angle of anthropology,the importance of culture in the transformation of the old city are systematically discussed,to explore the relationship between the city and the culture.At the same time,the author points out that in the construction of the old city,the old city culture can be preserved.So that the building and culture of the old city can coexist harmoniously,and contribute to the development of the city.
