There are motives of happiness on human's action;educational welfare is such a term about happiness.The overall sense of China's educational welfare policy is the result of human's action for educational welfare based on both the tool and value reasons.The legitimacy reflection on this action includes the reflection of educational welfare.There are value reflection of China's educational welfare policy' legitimacy in the level of ‘conservative educational welfare's logic and phenomenon' on this thesis.Moreover,the situation of the rapid development of China's welfare system,the welfare connotation of some educational policies and some problems about China's educational policy's legitimacy,has make its legitimacy research necessary.Therefore,I choose to research ‘the educational welfare's conservative logic and the phenomenon'.The research includes the logic and phenomenon of conservative educational welfare's ‘the pre-commodification1,the social stratification and the connotation of student',which is an explanation of China's educational policy's legitimacy.As for the research methods,there are multi-disciplinary analysis and historical analysis.This research needs disciplines of political science,economics,ethics and pedagogy,and welfare thinking as well.Also,the historical analysis is necessary as anything has its history background.This thesis try to build an analytical framework based on different disciplines.Specifically,First of all,try to find the convergence of structural logic and a real phenomenon for the research of China's educational welfare policy in a neutral manner.Secondly,try to use an interdisciplinary perspective to research education welfare internally.
