| The author is an ordinary high school teacher in Shenzhen,who has a more appropriate understanding of work nature,work characteristics and work status of Shenzhen high school teachers and has a more profound experience of the special status and responsibility for high school teachers.Teachers are the main force of the national builders successors,responsible for national and social expectations,who leads the growth of students.And high school teachers not only have to shoulder the responsibility of educating people,but also they have to face the pressure of college entrance examination.But in reality,they meet material needs and spiritual needs which is a conflict difficult to reconcile.It leads to more and more teachers get bored with their careers and want to give up their positions.So the enthusiasm,innovation,efficiency of high school teachers have been frustrated,and their psychological pressures are increasing.Especially in the urban background of Shenzhen,because of fast-paced urban development,frequent exchanges of information transmission,larger cities competitive pressures,as well as high consumption,the teachers have to face the pressure of life,making themselves tired with urban life.This state of imbalance directly affect teaching status,so the establishment of a fair,impartial,scientific imminent teacher incentives,positive and reasonable teacher incentives can help teachers improve positive work and help improve the professional quality and specialty of teachers,giving full play to the initiative of teachers.Thus,the teachers can maximize their creativity,and to enhance the well-being of teachers.Scientific and reasonable incentive approach is a prerequisite for the smooth development of the school,a good incentive to establish mechanisms relating to school education for the formation of teachers in their professional development and teacher professionalism have a great role in promoting.Based on the understanding of the basic incentives Shenzhen high school teachers and on the basis of the status of implementation of teacher incentive system for analysis,this paper usies interviews,questionnaires and case studies,focusing on understanding and analysis of high school teachers of specific incentives.Trying to advance into the professional development of teachers to the process,this paper describes the teachers’ professionaldevelopment and incentives and other related concepts as a theoretical basis,and uses Shenzhen Second Senior High School for example.This paper tries to express real Shenzhen High School Teachers Professional Development incentives and reveals the universal problems and teachers’ professional development incentives,and analyzes the causes of problems.After learning from domestic and foreign scholars on the latest research results,this paper sums up the basic principles of effective incentive for high school teachers to be followed,and the corresponding reasonable incentives,so that countermeasures can be effectively implemented,and the schools and related government departments can take actions to recommended requirements.We hope this study can contribute to incentive issues related to the professional development of high school teachers in our city. |
