Conceptual knowledge in information technology subject is an important part of student learning discipline knowledge and the precondition of skill learning,therefore the conceptual knowledge teaching in the information technology course teaching is very important.For students,the junior middle school is the key stage to learning conceptual knowledge,therefore,the phase of conceptual knowledge teaching attracted teacher’s attention.However,the traditional teaching with linearization and contextualized teaching way cannot favor the student to study the conceptual knowledge,based on this,this study intends to explore whether conceptual knowledge teaching based on 3 domains model help improve students’ understanding of the conceptual knowledge and application ability.This study used action research as the main research method,and combining with observation,interview and analysis of materials,by selecting a junior middle school Grade Two class of 40 students as the research object in Nanjing,and choosing grade two of junior school conceptual knowledge of information technology subject teaching as the research content.The author carries out a three-round action research and each round includes plan,action,observe and reflect.The next round of research was improved and implemented based on the previous research on reflection.The first round of cultivating students’ understanding of the conceptual knowledge.By analyzing students’ questionnaire,interview,the score of students’ essays in tests and students’ essays,the second round focuses on cultivating students identify and reflection on the knowledge and the exchange,the third round of study based on the first two rounds,training students’ problem solving thinking,improving the problem solving ability.What’s more,The study also used experimental method,which was designed as back test,combining quantitative data and qualitative analysis to the author draws the following the action research which based on 3 domains model is helpful to enhancing learner understand the conceptual knowledge,increasing the ability of identify,also improving students’ comprehensive use of conceptual knowledge solution actual problem ability.Based on the above studies,we can get some inspirations about conceptual knowledge teaching design and conceptual knowledge teaching design from this research.
