Outside organizations education as an integral part of the system,together with the shoulder and school education "education"' of the mission,they belong to the field of education,but each plays a different function.Now,with the development of school education institutions,the "third term" has become the norm,more and more students joined the ranks of school education among agencies,shows that outside organizations that education plays in the development process of students It is growing role,but there are still many outside organizations education issues.In order to better play the role of education in outside organizations,this paper from the Survey of primary-school education institutions,primary school education institutions as well as the problems and the reasons put forward corresponding solutions for these aspects primary school education institutions Problems discussed.First,for a three-school educational institutions and schools of different subjects(pupils,the pupils' parents,primary school teachers job)interviews and questionnaires,found that a larger proportion of the number of educational institutions school,class-based teaching content subjects in the survey,school education institution focused on the reasons for parents and examination system,teaching attitudes vary and the like;and then,on the basis of the investigation of the status quo,summarizes the primary-school education institutions the main problems include the following:1 candidate tendencies are obvious.;2.one-sided pursuit of economic efficiency;3.school education institutions manage their own anomie;4.difficult to guarantee the quality of education.The reasons include the following:1.the lack of scientific and rational philosophy of education;2 training system is not fully developed school educational institutions;3 lack of government supervision;4 yet to play the role of industry associations and so on.Finally,the problems and the reason a comprehensive school education institutions,and put forward corresponding solutions,the following main points:1.establish the correct value of the idea that education should be an outside agency to handle the dialectical relationship between commercial and educational between the two;2 to enhance their management level,such as the integrity of propaganda,recruitment norms,reasonable fees,improve teaching quality;3,a sound system culture school education institutions,mainly in outside organizations to develop science education teaching objectives,teaching content,using a variety of teaching methods and establish and improve the evaluation system of teaching in these areas;4.strengthen government supervision;5.play the power industry associations to promote the development of education outside organizations.
