| Rural teachers are the strong support of rural education,plays a mainstay of the role,but also bear the load from the work of teaching.In recent years,our country has paid more and more attention to rural education and promulgated a number of relevant policies and regulations on rural teachers and rural education.In order to further study the rural primary school teachers,we need to study and analyze them from both theoretical and practical perspectives.This paper investigates the present situation of teaching load in Jinan,Heze,Zaozhuang,Binzhou and Qingdao.This paper mainly investigates the present situation of the teaching burden of primary school teachers in rural areas,including the number of teachers,the number of lessons,the number of lectures,the number of corrections and the number and frequency of teaching and teaching.Combined with the national or provincial education department of the document,indicating that the amount of time teachers in rural areas,the number of lessons,listen to the number of classes,the number of correction work more than the relevant national standards,teaching time and the number of relevant national standards.It is concluded that,in general,rural primary school teachers have a heavy workload.In order to further understand the current situation of rural teachers’ teaching load,this paper analyzes the teaching load of teachers in different levels of economic development,different disciplines and different ages,and drawns the following conclusions:The number of class teachers in the economically underdeveloped areas is higher than that of the teachers in the economically developed areas.The number of class teachers in the economically underdeveloped areas is higher than that of the teachers in the non-class teachers.The number of lessons prepared by the number of teachers in the language and mathematics disciplines is higher than that of other disciplines.New teachers listen to the number of lectures more than the old teachers.Language and mathematics disciplines to modify the number of higher than other disciplines.There are no obvious differences in the teaching time and frequency of rural primary school teachers.Based on the survey,this study further analyzed the factors affecting the teaching load of rural primary school teachers by interview and observation.Among them,the following five aspects are mainly included: lack of teachers in rural primary schools,single teacher evaluation system,large number of primary schools,weak foundation for rural left-behind children,and unobstructed cooperation between home and school.In this paper,the rural primary school teachers teaching load of thinking and recommendations are: to strengthen the support of rural teachers,take the initiative to establish a multi-evaluation mechanism,the implementation of educational policies to solve the problem of large classes,guide rural teachers self-development,promote and optimize home school cooperation. |
