With the development of the popularization of higher education in our country,the teaching quality of colleges and universities has become the focus of the society.Higher education evaluation is the initiative to meet the needs of economic,political,cultural,scientific and technological progress,surveillance and diacritic of colleges and universities,to avoid teaching activities in Colleges and universities from the preset,ensure the quality of education,play a role in all aspects of education.University teaching evaluation has a variety of different forms of evaluation in the process of development,but in general,in the teaching evaluation,teaching,teachers' self-evaluation,leadership and supervision evaluation,students' evaluation of peer review for each different weights,play their respective roles,but because of scientific problems such as students and leaders are not familiar with the teaching content,to teachers to grasp the depth and breadth of knowledge,teachers' curriculum and teachers' ability for teaching materials to make an accurate evaluation,teachers in the "experts Those closely involved cannot see clearly.",can stand in the spectator's point of view,because of the profession or field can make the same or similar.Comprehensive and accurate evaluation for teachers' daily teaching process.In this study,the peer review of college teaching is introduced in detail,so that the main body of university teaching evaluation is more perfect,which is conducive to ensuring the quality of teaching in Colleges and universities.The main work of this paper is to construct evaluation mechanism of teaching program and evaluation feedback peer universities,etc.are studied and described the implementation of teaching evaluation mechanism in Colleges and universities,to peer review subject,review method and standard,evaluation,understanding in College Teaching in the peer review and its role in improving the quality of education and teaching.From the research content,this paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly clarifies the research questionsand the importance of the research,generalizes the domestic and foreign research literature about the peer review of university teaching,and expounds the research contents,methods and ideas of this paper.The second part introduces the development process of peer review.This paper defines the main concepts of the article,and introduces the evolution process of peer review in various fields.The third part describes the construction of peer review mechanism,including the purpose of the review,the main body of the review,the evaluation object,the evaluation methods and standards,the implementation of the review process and feedback,etc.The fourth part discusses the existing problems and the suggestions for improvement in the peer review of teaching in colleges and universities in china.The problems existing in the peer review of college teaching mainly include the humanistic loss of peer review in college teaching,the selection of peer review experts,and the non-consensus of peer review and so on.The fifth part of the article is summarized and combed,and the problems in the research process were reviewed,and the future should be more in-depth study,and thus make the study more convincing.
