Through my own growth experience,rural junior middle school students' learning autonomy with respect to children in the city have great shortcomings;found in the junior middle school mathematics education and teaching work in rural areas of their years of learning in Mathematics: children have many problems,after all is the mathematics learning autonomy is not strong.As a result,as a teacher,we do not have the problem of autonomy is not strong will lead to the status quo of student autonomy.Therefore,this paper not only investigates and analyzes the current situation of junior high school students' autonomous learning in mathematics.But also to our rural junior high school mathematics teachers self-development autonomy and our rural junior high school mathematics teachers whether to take effective measures to improve the students' mathematics learning autonomy of the status quo.The study on the autonomy of the students will be studied from two aspects: the willingness to learn mathematics and the ability of independent learning.The willingness to learn mathematics independently includes the willingness to learn mathematics well and to be able to work hard for it.The autonomous learning ability in mathematics including learning plan ability,the ability to preview and effective listening ability,high operation ability,problem-solving ability,cognitive ability,correct their ability.The autonomy of mathematics teachers' self development will be investigated from two aspects: the willingness of teachers to develop themselves and the ability of self-development.The willingness of mathematics teachers to develop themselves includes the willingness to become a better math teacher and to be able to do so.The mathematics teachers' self-development ability including the development of professional growth plan ability,design ability,class preparation,class ability of reflection on teaching ability,improve teaching ability,problems in collecting and processing information ability.Mathematics teachers cultivate students' autonomy from three aspects: stimulating students' interest in mathematics learning,cultivating students' ability to learn mathematics,and developing students' ability to learn mathematics independently.The autonomouslearning ability in mathematics learning ability,including the development of program preview ability and effectively listening ability and efficient operation ability,problem-solving ability,cognitive ability,correct their ability.In this paper,the design problem of the research,through the questionnaire survey method,interview method,observation method,statistical analysis method and literature reading method to research the rural junior high school students' mathematics learning autonomy,mathematics teachers' self development and autonomy of mathematics teachers to cultivate students' mathematical learning autonomy in three aspects,hoping to we found that in the rural junior middle school mathematics problems existing in the teaching and studying,and on this basis to clarify some methods to solve the problem.Finally,through the analysis of several typical cases,how to solve the problem.
