In June 2001,the Chinese ministry of education issued a about "the elementary education curriculum reform outline on a trial basis" of the curriculum reform,(that is,people commonly known as the "new")is the most worthy of our attention in elementary school schedule was cancelled "interest group" or "second classroom",into a "community" [the ministry of education of the basic education reform(trial)printed and distributed in June,2001].With China's reform of education system is more and more mature,primary and secondary school music club since gradually rise to prosperity,from singing class to vocal music community,from traditional instruments orchestra to folk music community,from the western orchestra to western orchestral music club,in the "society" as the title of music extracurricular activities,also has quietly become the indispensable art in Chinese basic education classroom teaching link.Primary school stage is the foundation of life education,elementary school music club as part of the music extracurricular activities,to enrich,elementary student's after school life rich,for the children of morality,intelligence and physique,us,fatigue all-round development,play an immeasurable role,but in many thriving music community,primary school folk music community as an important part in the music club,is still the weak link in the development of many societies.The district of inan is the center of political and economic culture in ShanDong province,and the education condition,resources and source of raw materials have been among the highest in the city.Annually in recent years,local government increasing the education investment ratio,school club activities every year funds also have the budget,but in 37 elementary school district,the construction of the folk society and the event is still not optimistic,form a complete set of mature,trained to be the size of the folk music community is not much,every major competitions can have high quality in school is more rare.For a series of problems of thinking,the author decided on the investigation of the folk society of Lixia district elementary school,and USES the literature research,questionnaire,on-the-spot investigation method,interview method and other methods were studied,through analysis and research to explore folk music community development to some extent the cause of the weak,and puts forward their countermeasures according to the results of the survey,balanced and healthy development of the folk music community for Lixia district elementary school provide certain help.This article mainly from four parts to discuss: the first part is mainly on the research of the theory,the research background and significance,the research category,were reviewed in recent years the study of folk music community as well as the research method is discussed;The second part is mainly about the present situation of Jinan Lixia district elementary school folk music club activities of field survey,including not to carry out and has to carry out the folk music club activities of the school teachers,students,parents,questionnaires,interviews and school leadership in charge of the art survey,and according to the survey data statistics and analysis;The third part,based on the survey results and analysis,puts forward the existing problems of the activities of the folk music club in the lower districts.The fourth part is to solve above problems puts forward some development countermeasures,and try to ask for different grade students of different levels,the talent team construction of the folk society preliminary idea,strives for the development of folk music club activities Lixia district elementary school provide certain help.
