| High school is a critical stage in the development of one's physical quality,sports will not only help enhance middle school students' physical and psychological quality,to carry out the construction of campus sports culture has a positive effect,also helps to promote the harmonious and continuous development of schools.Three senior middle schools in Yanjiang District of Ziyang City,this paper randomly selected 26 PE teachers and 367 students as the research object,by using the methods of literature,questionnaires and other research methods in Ziyang city high school sports to carry out the analysis of the current situation,and analysis of the sunshine sports demonstration school construction,foundation on the the problems and put forward the corresponding optimization strategy.The conclusion of this research:First,Ziyang city high school teachers in general with the proportion of flat and national standards,to ensure the high school every 8 classes a PE teacher's requirements,and some school work pressure is still relatively small,so as to physical education teachers teaching content design,teaching plan and teaching reform activities provide sufficient time,but according to the Ziyang city high school sports teacher's communication and exchange,there are still some teachers teaching concepts backward,outdated teaching methods,many problems of teaching contents lack.Second,almost all the high schools in Ziyang city are able to guarantee a senior high school students have 2 PE classes and three classes per week;only a PE class.This shows the time courses of physical education is relatively short;on the other hand also reflects the high school "man light weapons" in Ziyang city.All the schools are still in the administrative class way to organize the sports classroom.At the same time,the current Ziyang city high school sports classroom is mainly to teach basic,common knowledge and skills,rarely add other elements make the physical education produce a kind of entertainment among students,relaxed atmosphere.Third,The results of evaluation on the effect of physical education of the school culture and display the state of talent is contrary,this way not only can cultivate students' sports teaching sports hobby,to improve the physical quality of the students is not favorable.School leaders,teachers,students,parents know that physical exercise on students the physical and mental development plays an important role,but in the examination oriented education of the environment,to encourage students to study hard,and ignore the physical exercise.According to the research conclusion,the sports Ziyang senior high school from the school sports,sports teaching,sports activities on campus,proposed testing level ofphysical health standard for students from different angles,which can improve the overall quality of school sports,to help create a sunshine sports demonstration school. |
