Campus bullying is a common phenomenon in primary and secondary school,especially junior high school stage is the bullying behavior occurs relatively frequently for some time.With the frequent exposure of the network media campus bullying events,people gradually realized that the minor world exists beyond the adult imagination of bullying and violence,the physical and mental health of students have immeasurable damaged.The research on campus bullying in our country has obtained academic achievement of important social significance from the introduction of relevant research tools abroad to the exploration of localization research.But the problem of bullying on campus does not form a complete theoretical system,need to be further expanded and in-depth.Bullying is a subtype of aggressive behavior in which bullies intentionally and repeatedly attack relatively powerless victims over a longer period of time.Bullying situations not only involve bullies and victims;most other classmates also play a role in the bullying process.Classmates who regularly witness bullying situations are aware of the bullying that takes place among their peers proposed that in bullying situations,besides being a bully or a victim,students can have the following roles:assistants,reinforcers,outsiders and defenders.Many researchers have proposed campus bullying is a group phenomenon,bystander behavior can affect the occurrence and persistence of bullying,which is generally divided into three categories: pro-bullying,outstander and defender behavior.In this study,283 junior high school students were investigated by self-compiled bystander behavior questionnaire to explore the current situation of campus bullying,the impact on bystanders,the behavioral factors of bystander,and the attitudes of teachers and parents.Through the analysis of the survey results,from the three levels:the individual level,the population level,the social level of the observer behavior of the influencing factors,and make recommendations based on these factors.This study focuses on the bystanders of campus bullying,which complements the research content of campus bullying and provides new ideas and perspectives for the intervention of campus bullying.
