Investing In Informal Online Learning

Today,the development of the information age makes the way of learning has undergone great changes,a variety of online learning gradually reflects their advantages in many ways.Therefore,it is very important to control the learners' online learning effect and makes it not a mere formality.In this article,in-depth analysis of factors influencing learning engagement of informal online learning is the focus of the study,and summed up to promote effective strategies and measures is the task of the research.To achieve the promotion of informal online learning is the purposes of the research.Firstly,this paper adopts the research method of literature review,which clarifies the related concepts:informal learning and non-formal learning,online learning and informal online learning,u-learning and informal online learning,learning engagement and learning participation.And it is easier for readers to understand the paper.The whole process of tracking and data collection and analysis of informal online learning in this study is carried out through using the method of questionnaire survey and so on.Then by using the method of sociological research,the author conducts a qualitative research on the learning objects of informal online learning,and makes an in-depth study of the influence of the learner's personality learning on the learning engagement by using the interview method.Through the measurement and analysis of comprehensive,an informal online learning model of factors of influencing learning engagement was built,and the effective interventions on learning engagement was summed up.Finally,this study discriminated to the effective strategies and ineffective strategies by tracking the informal online learning persistently,and then determined the optimal intervention measures.But in this study,there are also some considerable limitations.This is not only one in the form of informal online learning,so I hope in future researches,in the light of the similarities and differences of the ways of the informal online learning,there will be more comparative studies.
