Research On Teacher Management Based On Ethical Perspective

Ethic is an antediluvian notion.It infiltrates in every aspect of our lives,as the soul engineer of the human,the importance of the teacher is obvious.It is necessary to infiltrate the ethic into the management of the teacher.It is also a significant reform that managing the teacher in a more ethical way,rather than the conservative management.On the basis of combing and analyzing the research on the ethics management of teachers both at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the way to achieve the ethical management of teachers' management by grasping the requirements of teachers' management and the self-development of teachers.The paper can be divided into the following parts.Part I: Preface.This paper mainly analyzes the importance of teacher management and the role of ethics in teacher management,and studies the relevant literatures on teacher management ethics at home and abroad.This paper points out the importance of ethics in the process of teacher management from the aspects of teacher appointment process,teacher assessment process,teacher training process and teacher incentive process,and explains the main research methods and writing ideas.Part II: Definition of teacher management and related concepts.The concept of ethics,teacher management and management ethics are defined,and the management essence of ethics is discussed through the management of ethics,which emphasizes the special significance of ethics to teacher management.Part III: The necessity of teacher management ethics.From the particularity and importance of teachers' profession,the serious lack of teacher management ethics,the management ethics is the development of history,the ethical management of teachers has the advantages of four aspects to elaborate the necessity of ethical management of teachers,In the process of teacher management,it is pointed out that teacher management ethics becomes the trend of teacher management reform.Part IV: The lack of ethics in the management of teachers in our country.This paper discusses the phenomenon of violation of ethics in the management of teachers from the aspects of teacher management is too instrumentalized and ethical anomie in teacher management.Part V: The realization way of teacher management ethics.This part mainly puts forward the solution strategy for the problems existing in teacher management.From the basis of strengthening the ethical basis of teacher management,and then put forward to establish apeople-oriented teacher management concepts and other strategies.In the process of discussing the strategies further deepen the importance of ethics,highlight the importance of ethics for teacher management.
