Innovation is the inevitable requirement of our country and the world economic development,an important topic of entrepreneurship education is also the current international and domestic education.The current international and domestic situation of the market,product quality,technical content and performance requirements more and more high,all aspects of economic and social development trend and the status of requirements to further promote the comprehensive reform,through the enhancement of endogenous economic power to support the reform of system and mechanism,and to enhance the comprehensive deepening reform of the power and vitality through innovation.In September 2014,Premier Li Keqiang held in Tianjin Davos forum,the first issue of "public entrepreneurship,innovation" the call in public,the relevant departments of the state and some provinces issued an immediate response,entrepreneurship subsidies,tax incentives,loans,venture employment incentives,provide convenient and relaxed access environment and entrepreneurial guidance services a package of preferential policies,nationwide colleges and universities will set off a new round of poineering climax.However,for college administrators,how to better provide theoretical guidance for college students to innovate and entrepreneurship is an important subject facing at present.The innovation and entrepreneurship education in the current international and domestic situation,which aims to enhance a mode of education of college students entrepreneurial skills and methods of the higher education institutions to cope with the change of social circumstances and take in all aspects of education concept,etc..The work of innovation entrepreneurship education to promote the reform of higher education and meet the needs of social development and progress of diversified talents will have a positive effect,it plays an important role for students in the learning process,the potential to inspire interest,creative spirit,creative ability,thinking skills training and activation.Guided by the idea of innovation and entrepreneurship education,we should carry out systematic and theoretical teaching activities,so as to train more creative talents for the society to meet the needs of the times.The oversupply of labor of our country country,solve the employment problem,not only to solve the country’s economic problems,it is to solve the political and social issues,social stability,social justice,urban and rural development and building a harmonious society,is of great practical significance to realize the dream of Chinese!This article is through the literature collection,case analysis,individual interview,questionnaire survey and analysis,the eight schools more than 800 college graduates and interview and questionnaire survey,summarizes the undergraduate colleges and universities in Shandong province in the aspects of innovation and entrepreneurship education exist innovation idea is not strong,the enthusiasm of the students participate in the curriculum innovation is not high;the entrepreneurial theory system is not perfect,the teaching mode is not flexible;school policy support is not enough,the lack of good innovation environment of public opinion;educational resources unreasonable layout,institutional mechanisms and professional teachers is not perfect,the entrepreneurial platform construction is not balanced in five aspects,the main reason for the existing problem is the lag of university innovation and entrepreneurship philosophy of education,education and teaching evaluation system is not perfect,social participation is not high,college students’ innovation ability is not enough In view of this,colleges and universities should aim at the actual situation of their respective schools and take appropriate measures to solve the problems existing in innovation and entrepreneurship education,and promote the innovation and entrepreneurship education in schools to a new level.The measures to sum up are as follows: One,efforts should be made to solve the problems in education and teaching philosophy.To actively adapt to the new situation of economic development,make full use of various resources,good policy advocacy work to determine a more scientific and reasonable teaching ideas,combined with the school orientation and talent training objectives and teaching quality standards more reasonable and curriculum standards,training will innovation consciousness,spirit and ability into the personnel training quality standard and build an interdisciplinary cross fostering collaborative education mechanism,cultivate a group of innovative spirit,the courage to join the practice of innovative talents team.Two is to promote the credit system and other diversified assessment methods,flexible choice of a variety of teaching methods,increase innovation and entrepreneurship education incentives,and strive to solve the problem of personnel training model.Three is to improve the curriculum and discipline system through setting up the curriculum system of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and improving the discipline adjustment mechanism.Four,we should strengthen the construction of in-service teachers,part-time teachers and counselors,and further strengthen the construction and support of innovative and pioneering teaching staff.Five is to speed up the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship,independent colleges,college students innovation and entrepreneurship education practice base
