Research On The Problem Of Running A School With Characteristics Of Primary Schools

At present,with the deepening of the full implementation of quality education and school of its own development needs,the value orientation of school change has had the important change,set up their own characteristics,and characteristics and correction in the value choice of many schools development.This paper based on the three representative elementary school in Harbin to investigate,to understand their present situation,the primary characteristics of running a school,the problems and features through the effects of school running for the school,the primary characteristics of running a school in Harbin in face of problems and influencing factors,and put forward the elementary characteristics of running a school from the current situation of how their own "diagnosis" and finally how to make the feature into culture analysis strategy to strengthen the construction of primary characteristics of running a school.
