Under the background of basic education curriculum reform,teacher's professional development more and more get the attention of the general education workers,and teachers' professional quality and professional ability of self-improvement and ascend,is the key to the education development of our country and progress.Lesson with heterogeneous in its own unique advantage provides teachers with a hot spot to discuss teaching,teaching difficulty,exchanging platform of teaching art,between the teachers in class,lectures,grinding course of different teaching conception in the collision and sublimation,powerfully promote the professional development of its own,and enhance the level of teachers' teaching research and improve the quality of teaching.This paper is mainly divided into four parts.The first part analyzes the reason of selected topic and significance of the new curriculum reform based on practical experience and analysis of teachers' professional development proposed requirements;About the lesson with heterogeneous and the research status quo of teachers' professional development,as from the analysis of the direction of the far and near abroad and domestic in the existing literature involved;The research method of this paper,using literature method,case analysis,comparative analysis.The second part is the primary school Chinese lesson with homogeneous research on the limitations of teacher's professional development.According to the list,the analysis of the teacher in class with heterogeneous teaching and researching activities of the status quo,to understand and explain the problems existing in the teacher in class with heterogeneous activities,and on the basis of the same class for lesson with heterogeneous isomorphism problems in reality with the necessity to provide the basis.The third part is the primary school Chinese lesson with heterogeneous research on the effectiveness of teacher's professional development.In this part,the author will select people comparatively representative of Chinese textbooks for primary school three text,respectively is lyric prose are touching the spring " grants " on the day of the lottery,exposition,the zhaozhou bridge,two kinds of different teaching design at the end of each text,separately carries on the teaching target,teaching content,teaching process and teaching method the analysis of the four dimensions,and summarize the general idea of their instructional design,explores the teaching material reading different starting point,in the different class,not the same wonderful,for primary school Chinese lesson with heterogeneous activities carried out facts to support;Later,on the basis of case analysis,this paper discusses with heterogeneous class activities,the demands to teacher professional development and teacher in class with some problems thatshould be paid attention to in the implementation of the heterogeneous activities.The fourth part is the elementary school language teacher in the same class should be made to promote their own professional development in heterogeneous change,respectively from the lesson to teach the teacher wants to handle with and heterogeneous,the relationship between the teaching teachers should make full use of the good chance to communicate with other teachers to discuss,heterogeneous class with class evaluation mechanism three aspects to conform to the spirit of new curriculum reform of primary school Chinese teachers in the same class in the heterogeneous requirements are put forward.
