The rules of mathematic are not only the deepening of the study of mathematical concepts but also a prerequisite for solving mathematical problems.The acquisition of mathematical rules is the prerequisite for the formation of mathematical skills,which not only can promote the development of students' intelligence,but also can enable students to form a good habit of doing things according to the rules.ACT-R theory is essentially a cognitive learning theory,which points out that the learning of any knowledge always begins from the stage of the statement,and after the program and long-term adjustment,it finally comes to the stage of conditions.Based on the ACT-R theory,this paper takes the unit of "Fractional addition and subtraction",which is from the fifth grade of the Jiangsu edition as an example to study the general methods and ideas of the teaching design of the primary school mathematics rules under the guidance of ACT-R theory.Firstly,the ACT-R theory is analyzed and elaborated intensively,and the general process and framework of applying ACT-R theory to the teaching of primary school mathematics operation rules are obtained.Then use the questionnaire to conduct pre-analysis of students and analyse the teaching content in two aspects which are the curriculum standards and teaching materials.On the basis of this,the teaching content of "fractional addition and subtraction" is screened and adjusted according to the narrative stage,the procedural stage and the conditional stage.At the same time,based on the ACT-R theory,study the teaching of the "fractional addition and subtraction" unit from the following aspects:the teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching process and teaching evaluation and put forward specific teaching design.By the implementation of classroom teaching and the analysis of the experimental record and the results,the author found that using the ACT-R theory to teach the mathematics rules in primary school can help students master computing rules and feel the principle of computing,perception of learning and can improve the participation of primary school students in the classroom learning and efficiency.The study is conducive to the cultivation of the mathematical computing ability of primary school students.It is suggested that we make a reasonable design example and do a combination by reflecting the teaching design and the inglementation of class.Highlight the goal level and study the rules step by step of the "fractional addition and subtraction".Strengthen the fine practice and improve the effectiveness of practice.
