High school ideological and political classroom teaching due to the shackles of traditional teaching mode,the use of “spoon feeding”one-way infusion,depressing the initiative and creativity of students.In recent years,the implementation of the new curriculum reform and quality education has put forward new requirements for the ideological and political classroom teaching reform.In the course of teaching,the good interaction between teachers and students makes students benefit greatly,stimulate their enthusiasm and creativity,and help to build a vibrant and high school political class.Especially for the adolescents of high school students,good classroom interaction can help them improve the ideological quality and psychological quality,create a good moral emotion,enhance the ability to adapt to the future society.This paper mainly adopts the method of practical research and analysis,to study the teacher-student interaction in the ideological and political teaching.First of all,this paper simply explains the related concepts and theoretical basis of teacher-student interaction,and expounds the significance and function of the interaction between teachers and students.Secondly,on the basis of teaching practice and reflection,combined with a number of lectures,evaluation of the example,the paper demonstrates and summarizes the problems and causes of the interaction between teachers and students in teaching.This part takes the typical and representative of Qingdao city public schools as an example,teachers the version of “economic life”by a person of high vivid teaching cases,discusses several typical problems and causes of teachers and students in senior high school ideological and political interaction in the classroom teaching.As for the problems existing in the interaction between teachers and students,the paper mainly discusses the following four aspects:the single interactive object,the interactive content,the interactive approach and the lack of emotional communication.The interaction is a complex art,the reasons for the interaction between teachers and students can be said to subtle and complex.Form the perspective of the interaction of the main body,this paper expounds the factors that affect the interaction,that is,the concept and ability of teachers,student's habits and consciousness,the lack of emotional communication between teachers and students,the constraints of traditional evaluation.Finally,according to the analysis of problems and causes,combined with the teaching reflection itself and discuss with the old teachers,from the interactive perspective,expounds the feasible suggestions to optimize the interaction between teachers and students,improve interactive teaching practice and effect evaluation.Through the research on the interaction between teachers and students in the ideological and political teaching in senior high school,this paper comes to the conclusion that there are sometypical problems and causes in the process of interaction.At the same time,the optimization measures for strengthening the teacher-student interaction consciousness,improve the ideological and political teaching,has important significance to achieve the purpose of combing teaching and educating people.
