People pay more and more attention to teachers,and demands of teachers' professional development is imminent.But the theories of primary school teachers' professional development is more focused on theories.In practice to promote the development of primary school teachers' profession is not very useful.From the perspective of practice,this study explore the feasible methods and means to promote elementary teachers' professional development.This study choses a teacher who works in a elementary school fifteen years as the research object.This study uses the education cases research methods to observe,interview and collect datas for understanding the problems he had faced and how he solved these problems.These can make him look back to his life and work,also can summarize the factors affecting the primary school teachers' professional development and concluse regulars to effect other teachers.This study puts forward firming faith,lifelong learning,improving their professional level and establishing a training mode to promote the development of primary school teachers' professional level.
