With the development of science and technology, great changes have taken place in students'learning environment and teacher's teaching environment. What's more, the new curriculum reform is in full swing and the slogan of quality -oriented education is well know in educational circles and society. In order to adapt to the development, the development of education game education value, make full use of education game entertainment and maximize the development of the educational characteristic of educational game. This paper make "the application research of education games in junior middle school physics teaching" as its subject.First, this article discusses the background of the research topic. Based on it, then the writer combine and generalize the research profiles at home and abroad. Taking term paper about combination of education games and physics teaching that published in "China journal full-text database" and "China's outstanding doctorate dissertation database" in China CNKI as its object. Do detailed statistics, organization, and analysis of the summary about the combination of education games and physics teaching and discover some shortcomings and limitations in this area in China.Secondly, based on learning theory and education psychology theory, with information technology and classroom integration for reference, the writer in riverside grade eight students in xi'an iron school with questionnaire to know the feasibility and practical about the application of education games in physics class. Based on the results of the survey, combined with the teaching design, the writer put forward the new teaching model of integrated of education game and Junior high school physics teaching innovative----based on double tasks driven game teaching mode. And propose the teaching principle of the model, the steps about the teaching design with this model and the process of teaching implementation.The innovation of this paper is that based on the double task driven game teaching mode. In order to show the model clearly, based on "light reflection" of grade eighth, the author choose game named as "Laserbreak Lite", that can provide some references for the game teaching model based on double tasks driven.Finally, in order to prove the effect of game teaching mode, based on double tasks driven, the writer do classroom observation in two classes, which are in the same situation except that one class use game teaching method, the other use conventional teaching method. Based on LICC paradigm, the classroom observation scale the writer used is full of credible reliability and effectiveness.From the result of the analysis about the observation, we can find that game teaching used in classroom teaching can improve students' learning initiative and interest greatly. In teaching aspect, compared with conventional method, the effects are almost the same. Of course, game teaching has some shortcomings, it can't develop overnight. It needs long-term training of teachers and students, so that it can avoid the phenomenon that students decrease attention to teaching because of the interest of game itself.This is no doubt that education game has educational value and great teaching effect, but how to use education game to maximize the teaching effect, not only the writer needs to explore and research this problem in the future, but also the whole educational research area needs to explore and mining this problem.
