With the deepening of the work carried out to promote the Chinese language, Chinese language teaching, especially the development of Chinese teaching textbook around overseas is developing rapidly. In Thailand, there are a dozen different types of Chinese textbooks. In this paper, "Experiencing Chinese" textbook pressed jointly by the Thai Ministry of Education and Chinese Hanban. we select the third volume form primary and secondary branches combined with the survey were analyzed. As a mainstream Chinese teaching textbook, analyzing "Experiencing Chinese" has a strong practical and significant meaning. The thesis studies in the vocabulary, grammar, texts, practices, cultural and other aspects of textbooks, meanwhile, analyzing and discussing the structure, combined with the use of questionnaires and teaching be assessed; Finally, the preparation and use of the textbook put forward suggestions and views. From point to surface, it is desirable that research can provide practical help for the preparation and use of materials.The first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background of the significance of the topic, and related researches, as well as the research object and methods used to analyze.The first chapter is the investigation of textbook in Thailand and it is separated in two parts. The first part is about textbooks statistical classification describes the overall situation of Chinese teaching textbooks. The second part is "Experiencing Chinese" introduction, including the preparation of the concept of the book, in principle, publishing, etc., including survey 1,800 volunteers teaching teachers about the usage of Chinese textbook.The second chapter is divided into two parts also, the first part is to introduce the school where author teaching and the second part is about the usage of the "Experiencing Chinese" primary third volume.Chapter Ⅲ, Chapter Ⅳ, Chapter Ⅴ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ is the main part of this paper, concentrated on the vocabulary, grammar, texts, exercises, culture and other aspects of the textbook analysis and evaluation combined questionnaire and the results of analysis. There are relevant recommendations on each part of the problem.The last part of the article is the full text of the summary and conclusion, including the findings and related matters not mentioned previously.
