| Science and technology are the first productive forces, in today’s society has reached a consensus. The development of education is directly related to the development of economy, the improvement of the quality and the optimization of the labor force. Rural vocational education as an important part of the education system, to improve the quality of rural population, promote the transfer of rural surplus labor force, to accelerate the development of society and economy in rural areas, so as to raise the level of productivity development based, guidance of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" construction is of great significance. Since the reform and opening up, China’s rural vocational education has gained rapid development, and has made some achievements, and accumulated some experience. However, there are still many problems in the development of rural vocational education, which has affected the further development of the rural vocational education, which needs to be solved urgently.The in this paper based on the theory of vocational education, to study on the development of Vocational Education in rural areas as the starting point, through literature review, questionnaire survey, interviews for departments. Analysis and the reasons of the problems existing in the development of Vocational Education in rural area of Longquanyi District, on the basis of this, combining developed countries rural vocational education development experience and Revelation of, put forward to accelerate the Longquanyi District Development of rural vocational education countermeasures. The research conclusions are as follows:(1) after nearly ten years of development, the rural vocational education in Longquanyi has formed a rural vocational education network, which is based on the rural vocational school and is the backbone of the rural vocational training center. Rural vocational education to promote rural economic development, the transfer of training rural surplus labor, service through the open area of the automotive industry, transport a large number of skilled industrial workers, and promote the accelerated development of the regional economy.(2) due to the impact by some factors, such as the late start and the industrial adjustment, the vocational education of the countryside there are still lack of resources, social identity is not high, insufficient capital investment, high education cost, weak teachers, school quality is not high, management system is not smooth, has restricted the further development of rural vocational education.(3) we should improve understanding of rural vocational education, changing the concept of the government, set up the education view; to work out scientific planning the development of Vocational Education in rural areas, to optimize the integration of vocational education resources, strengthen the system of qualification certificate of practice, strictly enforce the labor employment admittance system; adjustment of educational structure, to create professional brand characteristics, strengthen cooperation in running schools, improve the management system, input mechanism innovation, innovation education teaching mechanism; broaden professional caliber, renewing teaching content; strengthen the building of the contingent of teachers, promoting the development of rural vocational education. |
