This paper mainly analyzes the Problem-Based Learning and its application in mathematics teaching of senior,then we provide some suggestions for it.After making clear the conception of Problem-Based Learning,this paper consulted a lot of books.Then,we took the interview method,questionnaire investigation and case study to analyze the Problem-Based Learning.We found that lots of teachers apply the Problem-Based Learning for teaching,but some problems still appear in the process of application.Then,we analyzed five links of the Problem-Based Learning by data.Finally,we analyzed four cases in the field of mathematics knowledge.To understand the Problem-Based Learning more detailed and its application advantages,we observed and record the teaching process during the period of internship in a primary school of Shenyang.Through the analysis,we found that lots of teachers apply the Problem-Based Learning for teaching,but some problems appear in the process of application.Specifically,in the segment of the problem setting,some teachers ignore logical and relevance between each problem;In the segment of the question & answer,some teachers ignore the cultivation of independent thinking ability of students;In the segment of the guiding,some teachers ignore the recurrence of the thinking process;In the segment of the exploring problems,some teachers ignore the penetration of mathematics thinking method.To solve these problems,we put forward the corresponding solution from the dimension of the overall and detail strategies.First,teachers should improve the skill of the application about the Problem-Based Learning.In the segment of the problem setting,teachers should pay attention to the problem correlation.In the segment of the question & answer,teachers should pay attention to foster the independence of student thinking.In the segment of the guiding,teachers should pay attention to reproducing the thinking process.In the segment of the exploring problems,teachers should strengthen the penetration of mathematics thinking method.
