Threat perception is a functional activity of the individual to the threat environment, including individual inner explanation to the threat and self-focus, the perceived threat adaptive advantage theory and social emotional selectivity theory in the face threats are more attention by researchers at home and abroad. Due to hearing impairment, language comprehension ability is limited, the lack of social knowledge, lack of social interaction, and lack of self-protection ability and other reasons, resulting in obstacles on the presence of accepted safety knowledge, safety awareness, defense skills. In addition, due to the lack of safety consciousness education in family, school and society for hearing impaired children, it can easily cause accidents. This is giving more prominence to explore the threat perception theory of the urgency and importance for hearing impaired children. This study is divided into three parts:Experiments 1 in anger, happiness and neutral expressions are combined into a matrix images to stimulate the material, discussion on the characteristics of the threat perception of hearing impaired children in different types of stimuli. Experiments 2 in scare, anger, fear, aversion four kinds of dynamic facial expression video materials to start the stimulus, to explore the level of recognition of facial expressions of different types of emotions. And on this basis, in the face of emotional expression of the eye and mouth as stimuli, discussion the characteristics of facial expression recognition under different facial cues. Experiments 3 using different types of social situations as stimulus materials, further explore the characteristics and processing mechanisms of the threat perception of hearing impaired children in the dynamic situation task. The following conclusions are drawn in this study:(1) Hearing impaired children in the experimental task of emotional expression threat perceptionin exists cognitive processing bias for non-threatening stimuli, this cognitive processing bias is influenced by the type of stimulus material and presentation in different degrees, indicate that the hearing impaired children have the perception advantage effect for non-threatening stimuli in emotional expression test mission. hearing impaired children under the condition of the reaction time and the correct rate as the dependent variable, whether the target is presented in terms of tasks, or in the way of target presentation, the results showed significant differences in the task of the threat target stimulus type and non-threatening targets stimulate type task, this also provides a prerequisite for the subsequent series of studies. (2) Hearing impaired children in the experimental task of dynamic facial expression recognition, the main effect in emotional type is significant, the main effect of the subjects gender isn't significant, but it is a general description that hearing impaired children exist effect of the threat perception. Hearing impaired children in the experimental task of shading treatment facial expression recognition, during the reaction, the main effect of parts of the face significantly, the subjects for eye recognition reaction time was significantly faster in the mouth, but the main effect of isn't significant in terms of the correct rate. Hearing impaired children in the experimental task of shading treatment facial expression recognition, there is an interaction effect between facial position and expression type, it demonstrated compensation hypothesis exists in the cognitive processing of the threat perception of hearing impaired children, this provides direct evidence for the intervention of perceived threat. (3) Hearing impaired children in the experimental task of dynamic situational, subjects are perceived advantage of the negative effects of the presence of social situations, the perception effectiveness of girls group of subjects are relatively high on the social situations of the threat information. Hearing impaired children in the experimental task of dynamic situational exists the phenomenon of negative processing preference, but there is a phenomenon of positive processing preference in the experimental task of static situational. There are interaction effects between subjects types, presentation type (dynamic/static) and the type of situation (positive/negative) and other related variables in the experimental task of social situations.Comprehensive the above research conclusion found that the perception effectiveness of threat information on hearing impaired children is relatively low, there are obvious difficulties to identify the negative emotion situations. Series of the experimental results provide a certain research material for hearing impaired children a unique visual experience and the visual perceptual processing strategies, for the compensation hypothesis and the theory of empirical compensation provide a new research perspective.
