Therefore, resorting to introspection and restructure experience, individual could acquire improvement and development. In especial, adult learners have embraced affluent experience, which is the basic condition for enforcing the course of studying experience. With the development and utilization of internet, human society has changed a lot, as internet greatly altered the way we work, study and live. We need a new thinking model to help us adapt to social environment developing rapidly.In the internet age, exploring the development of experiential learning theory can promote the course of adult experiential learning, which play an important role in establishing learning-oriented society and lifelong education system. Facing the rapidly changing environment and scientific and technological progress, there is an increasing demand for learning, traditional learning methods can no longer meet the needs of the people to enhance their own requirements, the transformation of adult education becomes extremely urgent. How to use modern technology and methods to study new learning, to get the best learning effect is the focus of attention. The development of experiential learning theory provides new ideas and methods for adult learning, which has a direct practical significance for promoting the reform of adult education.In view of this, the paper mainly from two aspects of the Internet and experience learning, to reflect on the experience of learning and reconstruction. And through the discussion of the following issues to build the overall framework of this study: Experiential learning development has gone through what kind of process? Internet thinking on the experience of learning what kind of impact? What is the theoretical basis of experiential learning? What is the development of adult experience learning under the Internet thinking?The research begins with an introduction, introduces the domestic and foreign research situation about the experiential learning theory, points out the research background and the significance of the research, and defines the research ideas and methods. Firstly, the paper analyzes the theoretical basis of experiential learning, including Linderman’s experience learning theory, Dewey’s philosophical view of empiricism, Cooper, Jarvis of the experiential learning model, and usher, Bode et al of experiential learning views and ideas. Secondly, starting from the relationship between experience and learning, this paper, according to time sequence, disposes the development of the experiential learning behavior and theory. On the basis of experiential learning history, this theory came up with five features of experiential learning including fundamentality, subjectivity, integrality, social culturing and situationality. Finally, from the historical perspective, the paper explores internet and its developing course. On the basis of internet features, this part proposes the thinking model of internet age, and on this basis, the paper discusses the learning adult experience under the background of the development of the Internet.Internet applications have equality, openness, experience, collaborative nature of the four characteristics, the Internet thinking with iterative thinking, the ultimate thinking, experience thinking, cross-border thinking four basic modes of thinking. The Internet and thinking to learning experience with new ways and methods:in the iterative mode of thinking, adult learners should pay attention to the self regulation of learning experience; in the ultimate thinking mode, adult learners should pay attention to promote the learning of the peak experience; in the experience thinking mode, adult learners should grasp the learning experience of problem situation; in the cross-border mode of thinking, adult learners should promote team cooperation learning experience. |
