As an important aspect of quality education,out-of-school education,which is a supplement to school education,linked with family education and a real support for social education,plays quite an important role in the development of teenagers.China belongs to the socialist society,where education is related to almost everyone and has great impact on all the people.Since the reform and opening-up policy,the money invested in education has been on the increase,but the growing demands for high-quality education and diverse education are far from being satisfied.Objectively looked at,out-of-school education is in great demand to supplement school education,and in real life there is great desire for out-of-school education.Out-of-school education has a lot to do with the improvement of Chinese teenagers' overall quality.So far,our country's out-of-school education has shown good development trend.However,there's still much room for out-of-school education agencies,especially government-run agencies to improve themselves.For example,programs provided by these agencies are more or less the same,and are similar to school education to a great extent.What's worse,these agencies are not good at integrating social educational resources.Based on the existing practice,taking the government-run out-of-school education agencies in Wuxi as an example,the thesis conducted a survey on the promotion of government-run out-of-school education agencies' public service abilities.The purpose of the thesis is to promote government-run out-of-school education agencies' public service abilities,satisfy teenagers' and their parents' demands for out-of-school education better,and help government-run out-of-school education agencies,along with schools at different levels to do a better job in educating teenagers.Moreover,the thesis analyzed the present deficiency of government-run out-of-school education agencies from the aspects of hardware and software.It's pointed out that in order to improve these agencies' public service abilities,the management style needs to be optimized,the teaching staffs should be highly qualified,the cooperation of school and out-of-school education must be strengthened,the training service network is to be established,the funds have to be ensured and the philosophy of training requires transforming.
