The process of urbanization makes rapid transfer of rural population to urban areas,making nine-year compulsory education universal primary and secondary students to increase the number of primary and secondary schools led to a sharp increase in urban schoolchildren.Continued to increase student has caused excessive school class size,teaching and management school and then to bring a lot of pressure.In recent years,class size has become a hot topic in the field of education,especially in the foreign population of the city,the quality of teaching and student management problems under the current situation worrying amount of large classes,such as deterioration of the learning environment,teacher-student interaction and reduce student descent learning driving force of these problems on the quality of student learning have had a great negative impact,in this context,it should be from the quality of student learning,discusses the appropriate class sizes and in large class teaching environment and change management.The study on the present situation of the first study large classes were collated and analyzed,production,development and current status of large classes make a more complete summary of combing and then to several secondary schools in Liupanshui City,Guizhou Province to conduct research,respectively select the normal class size of classes and the typical super-size classes for comparison.The use of questionnaires in the form of students learning situation to understand,and a few select interviews with students and teachers to explore the deeper impact of the phenomenon of large classes of students and teachers to be brought,and then the collected data and interviews analyze and organize,exhibit impact of the current status quo area large class western and status of students learning and teachers teaching and management work to bring,including crowded learning environment,teaching progress slow decline teaching effect and challenges class collective management arise.Finally,based on factors such compulsory school management standards and affect the quality of learning and teaching management strategy improvements in hardware facilities,the school should be from the rational distribution,optimizing the seating arrangements and optimize the learning environment and other aspects,but the amount of large classes of phenomena can not solve relying solely on reducing the amount of students in the class to solve,in teaching,teachers should fully understand the characteristics of large classes,teaching skills and management skills in terms of reforms for large classes conditions,such as homework to encourage cooperation between the students,changes to teacher It means teaching mode dominance and attention to student spirit and soul and so on.The impact caused by large classes of students to learn not only on the environment,but also to the students’ physical and mental development and learning driving force had a negative impact,so for large classes of students from the reform of the phenomenon of self-sustainability and capacity starting on the culture.Only clear method and direction of reform in order to solve the problem of large classes fundamentally.The actual research data and study data,showing the basic situation of the western region in general amount of large classes of phenomena,long-term planning for the future reform of teaching and scientific decision-making reference value and practical significance of opinions and decisions.
