Research Objective: The New National Games period has begun in 2014. As the basis year of preparation for the National Games, each team emphasis on basic skills and physical training in Beijing Shichahai training base. Beijing taekwondo team, the overall level of physical fitness and functional of the athletes are high as well as the technical and tactical.The four subjects we selected have been got excellent results at the national and even the international competition. According to past experience,we summed up the player loses points is mainly in the fitness problems at the late of the game.And it led to Poor athletic performance. the researchers and coaches have profound understanding of the physical fitness for athletes to get good grades, so the physical training in taekwondo training is in an important position. Because of the importance of physical training, you need a reasonable and effective physical training program, with the hope that this article requires sports teams, worked out a set of scientific physical training program for sports teams, athletes have better physical security during the race, thus achieved excellent results in the contest, in preparation for Taekwondo Championships and the thirteenth national Games, Asian Games and the Olympic gold and silver medals,so as to glory for our country.Research Contents: The main content of this paper for the physical training program development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. I looked at a lot of the literature review in Beijing taekwondo team focused on four athletes for the study, design physical training program, after the implementation of the program, to test the effect of the program, conclusions and recommendations based on test results.Research methods: literature, expert interviews, experiments and mathematical statistics.Research result and conclusions: According to the data from the last test,The development of physical training plan, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of data from the last test, it shows that the arrangements for the physical training program are reasonable.The training achieved the desired effect. The results verify that the training plan is feasible, scientific and effective, and it has a certain value of popularization. Mainly in the following five aspects:1) In test A, the average test scord of the 4 Key Players in Functional movement screening test is 18.75, in test B, the average test scord is 20.The improvement of test scores shows that the basic physical fitness of the athletes is significantly improved.2) In the bench press and squat test(foundation strength test), four key players in training bench press and squat 1RM and maximum power showed a growth trend, it indicated that the training programs met the needs. Contrast the three stages of data(training before, during and after) we found the power level of athletes were improved.Although Liu Xiaobo, Yu Fu, Johnson, 1RM maximum power have no growth in second test and third test, but the power value increased significantly, it indicated that several athletes' maximum speeds have been improved, when they gave the maximum explosive.This meets the requirements of the strengthening training for outstanding speed through the movement chain in the late stage of strength training.In addition, like the athletes Liu Xiaobo, Johnson, Guo Xingyue. The first test and the second test 1RM and power value growth is relatively large,This is related to the loss of power resulting from a vacation after the game, so after the recovery system of strength training will appear larger maximal 1RM strength increase likely.3)According to the power number, several athletes high turn barbell general increase that shows the special explosive capacity increased after systematic training in the Gymaware test. But in the second and third stages of the test, the athlete maximum capacity number had no significant changes, but showed power values are significant changed indicating that the overall level of explosive is improved.4) After the explosive endurance training phase of the system, all players' speed and explosive power absolute value have increased, but on the attenuation trends, shows great differences. For example, Liu Xiaobo showed no change in the characteristics of power attenuation trend, but the absolute value of the power output is increased, which also represents the stage of endurance athletes explosive power output increase; Jonson power output attenuation trend is slowed down significantly in type, At the same time the absolute value of power also significantly increased, showing adaptability to existing explosive endurance training methods; other athletes absolute power output significantly increased, but the rate of decay is increased, indicating that the existing non-explosive endurance training methods adaptation, may also be the training process control is lax.5) The four tests showed that blood lactic acid in blood lactate after combat team can not reach a real game of blood lactate, because several athletes are elite athletes in the squad due to the opponent's level simulation, Therefore, acid strength squad combat reach a real game. So before a crucial stage of athletic physical training, set up a special acid cycle training to improve the level of lactic acid in the athletes, but also coaches and setting conditions to communicate real program to raise the acid level athletes.
