It did not only win the championship in all important national events, but also sent many national champion for the national team, which has contributed to many world champion and Olympic champion for the Chinese women’s volleyball team, Sichuan women’s Volleyball team was in the eighties of the Sichuan Sports banner, the indomitable fighting spirit and style inspired generations of people. As the reform of the world volleyball in the technical development and the tactics, Sichuan women’s volleyball team in their own development encountered a bottleneck. In the end of the 11th National Games, Sichuan women’s volleyball team was going through the restructuring, optimize the configuration of coaches, Chen jing formed in 2004 Athens women’s volleyball Olympic champion was served as team leader; Fujun who led the Chinese men’s volleyball team in Beijing Olympic Games and made the best achievement in history the original national volleyball teaching trainer was served as coach; the original Chinese women’s volleyball coach Ma Ruzhang and "Asian trapeze" Zhang Xiang was served as coach of the powerful coaching staff. The reason of the temporary shortage of technical and tactical innovation is not enough, the team of human resources echelon construction lead to decline in competitive level indeed is an indisputable fact. Therefore, this article uses the scientific research method to carry on the research to this topic, in order to find out the reason which the Sichuan women’s volleyball develops, and propose the Sichuan women’s volleyball team’s development direction with the actual situation. The results showed that:following the modern volleyball tall development trend, Sichuan women’s volleyball team also tried to change their physical characteristics, despite the increase in the height of the index than the original, but still lags behind in the other teams; Sichuan women’s volleyball team size is generally too thin, jumping, strength, and the average age are lagging behind the other teams in the technical and tactical aspects although the defensive pilling success rate is higher, but also reflects the team’s weakness in the attack and block, moreover team passing and serve compared to the other teams did not show any advantage. In addition, the team in the coach and scientific research and logistics support team and the lack of scientific and reasonable, although the coaches have a certain cultural quality and a very rich experience, but because of the cultural structure is relatively single, continuing education and learning opportunities, resulting in a lack of scientific training and scientific training level. As present, the degree of attention of volleyball in our country is far less than basketball and football, which combined with the present number of one-child families increased, and maximize the economic benefits of conceptual change makes the number of volleyball reserve talent plummeted. Sichuan women’s volleyball team belongs to the typical non-entity club management mode, operation mechanism and management mode are dominated by the executive, lack of corporate sponsorship of the strong participation, thus lack of effective marketing and promotion, resulting in the team has little profit, players and coaches treatment is poor, so that the team has shrunk, the competitiveness of the team and the strength of the club can not be compared with other teams. For Sichuan women’s volleyball team is currently the development status, the author puts forward the Sichuan women’s Volleyball in the future to constantly improve the mechanism of club management, adhere to the road of career development; strengthen talent to explore and develop and improve players and coaches working treatment, strengthen the construction of coaches and scientific research team, in order to better scientific training and competition; strengthen the player movement and strong foreign aid to join, in actual combat exploration team of technical and tactical style, increase the propaganda of the game, actively carry out the volleyball folk interactive activities, only good reform for the implementation, the Sichuan women’s volleyball team would return to China volleyball top teams. |
