| Transition from infancy to pupilage refers to the transitional stage from kindergarten education to elementary education.Its purpose is to make for the healthy development of children so that they can adapt to primary school life through a series of work.Children’s body and mind are faced with great changes and development during their transition from kindergarten into elementary school stage.The implementation of the infancy to pupilage transition work determines whether the children can adapt to the normal and systematical school education.In recent years,the issue of transition from infancy to pupilage has attracted the widespread attention of the educators and parents at home and abroad.However,most of the domestic study of this issue focuses on the policies at home and abroad from a single point of view,while few has discussed the comprehensive aspects of implementing the infancy to pupilage transition work in kindergartens.Therefore,with the current implementation situation of the infancy to pupilage transition work in kindergartens as the research target,this study carries out investigation and tries to put forward some constructive suggestions for the problems found during the investigation.The study carries out a questionnaire survey of the 150 teachers from 6 kindergartens in Dalian and Shenyang and interviews 15 of them.Through the data statistics and analysis,it is found out that the following problems exist in the current implementation of transition from infancy to pupilage in kindergarten: lack of cultivation of children’s learning quality;uncomprehensive behavioral habit training;lack of effective strategies in social communication training;lack of systematic training of teachers;unfulfilled home and kindergarten coeducation.To solve the problems above,this study puts forward the following suggestions to perfect the implementation effect of kindergarten transition from infancy to pupilage: 1.To attach great importance to the children’s learning quality cultivation.2.To cultivate children’s good behavioral habits.3.To strengthen children’s social communication training.4.To improve the teachers’ training system.5.To carry out effective home and kindergarten coeducation. |
