Research On The Development Of Professionalization Of E-sports In China

With the progress of the society,the fourth revolution of science and technology arises at the historic moment,in this and other times change technology leap in human destiny,bore the brunt of the catches people’s eyes is the development of Internet and information technology,then E-sports events get rapid development and embarked on the road of career.In order to promote the healthy development of China’s electronic athletics career,using the method of literature review,logic analysis to our country electronic athletics sports nature,professional development and human capital environment are analyzed.Research shows that:China’s professional electronic sports road there is a national concept lag,government support for the shortage;professional electronic sports level is low and related to the corrosion of the industry chain;electronic sports human capital shortage,related function of lack of personnel and so on three aspects of the project external predicament.At the same time there is a lack of publicity and promotion caused by the lack of knowledge;professional start stage of the industrial chain regulation is not perfect;competitive sports human capital training system is not perfect,such as the three main reasons.Analysis of the current situation,our country electronic athletics career development if you want to go on the healthy development path,to solve the following problem is the key: first of all,the government should adjustments to the times of E-sports development direction,strengthen the guidance of professional;uniform electronic athletics competition standards;strengthen publicity,improve the masses foundation difference,the shackles of traditional ideas deeper dilemma;improve the industrial chain as soon as possible the formation of echelon of talent training in the form.Therefore,it is suggested that called on the government to active intervention and correct guidance,improve the e-sports competition standards;to strengthen the promotion,supervision of brand competition,improve social cognition;improve project related industrial chain construction and management,rich human capital training system.The aim is to provide some suggestions for the professional development of our country’s electronic athletics project.
