With the development of reform in teaching, because cooperative learning has more advantages to improve students' knowledge,cultivate their operation skills and communication ability,so it's favored by more schools now. Research on the teaching reform success and summaries of its special characteristics and effective mode in middle school, especially those lack of resources, has important practical significance to promote the new curriculum reform in the depth and breadth of promotionFirst of all, from the perspective of the principal to overall review the reform of the teaching. This part is to know the interpersonal difficulties and problems in teaching pattern change during the process of reform, and how the school seek its solution of these difficulties.From the perspective of the teachers, it's know the teachers' reflection on the teaching reform practice. From the teachers' point of view, what's the problems and how exactly they solved the difficulties in class during this period, and what makes them confused in this reform.Then through the student questionnaire, we investigated the effects of the reform and student evaluation on cooperative learning. Through classroom observations and interviews,to understand the students' performance in the cooperative learning.Investigation on students' cooperative learning cognition shows that,during cooperative learning process, students show a more strong collective consciousness.And according to their evaluation on the facts about cooperative learning,cooperative learning has more advantages in learning resources and provide a more cordial learning atmosphere, it's more conducive to inspire students. Although students hold more agreeable attitude toward cooperative learning generally, but it also has some ambiguities.From the reviews on teaching reform in JuQuan middle school,and the teachers' teaching reflection and teaching effect, this study reconstruct the reform characteristic. Its characteristic system includes:(1) Characteristics of team building: the principal have leader competency and the followers loyal to education.(2) Class feature:interesting game activities in class during cooperative learning(3) Special student groups: it has special training on cooperative learning team building and team culture training.
