| Self efficacy is a psychological concept proposed by Bandura in 1970 s.It refers to an individual’s intuition and belief in his ability. It is an important condition for the individual to exert subjective initiative.Self efficacy is the combination of education and teaching, which has become a hot topic in the teaching research at home and abroad.The rapid change of modern society has put forward higher requirements for the quality of citizens.The further implementation of the new curriculum reform and the change of the teaching mode caused by the development of network information technology. They all stressed that the subjective initiative of people.To establish a positive sense of self efficacy.Based on historical learning self-efficacy sense of training the starting point, and combining the practice of history teaching, On the significance of the cultivation of sense of self efficacy in the history teaching, the sources of self-efficacy and self-efficacy sense of culture specific ways were studied.In addition to the introduction, this paper mainly consists of three parts:The first part explains the theory, explains the connotation and extension of self efficacy, and reviews the current research situation of self efficacy in China, and discusses the significance of self efficacy in history teaching. Self efficacy is the intuition and belief that an individual has on one’s own side. He is a subjective evaluation of his ability. The change of modern society, the gradual formation of lifelong learning society, requires to play the subjective initiative, the establishment of a positive sense of self efficacy. On the other hand, the further implementation of the new curriculum reform, the reform of education and teaching methods, but also pay attention to the students’ subjective initiative, so that students actively participate in learning.The second part, analysis of the history teaching self-efficacy of the source, there are five main sources.History learning experience of success or failure, substitution of experience, the evaluation of others, verbal persuasion, physiological and emotional wake state. The success or failure experience of history learning is the most stable and the most important source, which has important effect on the cultivation of self efficacy. In the historical study, the substitution experience includes two parts, the student studies the life the example and the historical character example. These examples are beneficial to improving students’ self cognition. The evaluation of others and verbal persuasion is an important source of students’ self efficacy, which can enhance the self-confidence of students’ learning. Physiological and emotional arousal state is another source of self-efficacy, optimistic mood and mental state can make students actively participate in the history of learning, learning to obtain happiness.The third part elaborates the specific ways to cultivate the sense of self efficacy in history study. First of all, to improve the students’ self cognition, to make them form the correct concept of self. Teachers should give appropriate feedback to the students’ performance and set an example to the students around them. Secondly, on students’ history learning ability and learning emotion of training and learning ability can improve students’ history learning achievement, learning the history of the cultivation of emotion can let the students in learning to be happy, both of which can enhance students’ learning motivation. Third, the use of diversified evaluation methods, the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation system, pay attention to the whole process of students’ history learning, to play the function of evaluation to promote the development of students.
