With the further implementation of the continuous development of China's education reform and new curriculum reform, our school education is more and more perfect. Students focus on individual differences become a common goal for all educators. However, there are some students that they are very good but weak in certain subjects and grades in other subjects, as is often the side branches, which seriously affect their play in the entrance, has become troubled students and teachers difficult puzzles. Based on a high performance comparison, I found the language of partial Division of Health accounted for about 12%, although the proportion of small, but for each student who is one hundred percent. After several years of teaching practice and consult the literature, I found the hierarchical teaching is a concern not only students but also differences in the development of efficient methods to help students improve their scores.
