Physical consumption is a kind of private behavior which is pushed by the needs of masses' material life and spiritual life. Passed by the State Council in Ocotober20th2014, several suggestions to advance physical consumption, carrying out the spirit of18 th CPC National Congress of the Communist Party and the 18 th session of the fourth plenary session, is a vital action to speed up the shift of the way on economic development and accelerate the construction steps of a powerful country by sports.College students is not only the main force of the future society but the major group of the physical consumption. The study of the college students on physical consumption is beneficial for the exploitation of the college market on physical consumption, the reform to a deepen condition and the healthy development of our country's physical market. The thesis, taking students of 8 regular institutions of higher learning such as Qufu Normal University, Shandong University, Shandong Normal University,Shandong University of Science and Technology, Qingdao University, Yantai University, Linyi University, Liaocheng University as samples,analyses the reason, attitude, values, level,structure and the trend of physical consumption.Based on the conclusions, the thesisput forward the idea of pushing the development of the college students and give play to the college students' growing and success. Detail measures that should be taken:Firstly, arouse the need of the college students on the aspect of physical consumption in a right way including the right understanding of the meaning of physical consumption and make physical consumption a real need to the college students and foster a good consciousness of physical consumption.Secondly, strengthen the construction of the physical consumption market,which needs the hard work of the whole society, the guide and monitor of the government and the help of the multi-media.
