General technical courses is a new curriculum and improve students ’technology literacy topromote students’ comprehensive and full of personality development as the basic goal. Faced withsuch a new course for the now common technology courses for teachers, not only a very gooddevelopment opportunity, and is a very big challenge.The key lies in the development of the curriculum teachers. General technical courses forteachers from other subject teachers to transition from the foundation and focus are not the same.So, for the very strong integrated subjects of general technical, for the transition over a commontechnology teachers require different ways and means to achieve a successful transformation, boththe full use of the original disciplinary advantages, but also not by the interference of the originalsubjects, fully familiar with and adapt to the general technical course content and teaching mode.In this paper, China’s domestic construction of common technical courses and generaltechnology teacher professional development status quo as in the study mainly to the generaltechnical education teachers as part of the City of Shandong province, through questionnaires,field survey, literature research and other research methods, to obtain information from some ofthe cities of Shandong province, high school general technical teachers.For the questionnaire data of further analysis and field research to obtain the relevantinformation, the last to get the general technical course construction and teachers’ professionaldevelopment of general technology teacher initiative, teachers of different disciplines, transitionproblems, general-purpose technology teacher’s teaching and research problems, new entry thedirection of specialization of the staff of teachers, teachers’ professional development, and thusmake China the opening of the general technical mapping, the solution strategy to address theseissues should be taken on this basis, namely: general purpose and technical courses and teacherevaluation mechanism to guide the transformation or growth of the background of teachersindifferent disciplines, a flexible organization of the teaching and research activities of the generaltechnical courses, build the platform of the general technology teacher professional development.
