Research On The Implementation Of The International Criminal Court

After the baptism of two world wars in the last century,the idea of "peace and development" gradually became the mainstream of the international community.However,the shadow of war always hangs over human society.The Middle East,west Asia,north Africa,large and small local conflicts make without the number of people displaced,the slaughter of war,rape,genocide and other evil deeds also repeatedly challenge the bottom line of human civilization.Therefore,how to punish these war criminals and the violent elements and prevent this crime becomes a problem that the international community urgently needs to solve.It with countries around the world to fighting international crime,eagerly looking forward to safeguard human rights,at the same time,because some of the rules that the Rome statute of the international criminal court and the judicial practice of the problems and controversy.Scholars at home and abroad have made a comprehensive study on the issue of jurisdiction.However,due to the few cases brought by the court itself,the research on the implementation issues is not deep enough.This paper aims to explore the implementation of the court.It with countries around the world to fighting international crime,eagerly looking forward to safeguard human rights,at the same time,because some of the rules that the Rome statute of the international criminal court and the judicial practice of the problems and controversy.The Rome statute of the international criminal court and the rules of procedure and evidence provide detailed provisions for the implementation of the international criminal court,which will be studied and analyzed on this basis.Due to the very few cases that the court actually came to the implementation stage,the author will try to make detailed and perfect discussion.The last part gives some suggestions on the future of the international criminal court.
