Collective management of copyright has become the current system of concern, and has even become the benchmark for measuring the degree of copyright protection in a country. At present, copyright collective management organizations in the fields of music, audiovisual, text, photography, and cinema have been established one after another and are being made to carry out related tasks hardly. In the cultural market, disputes about the collection of copyright fees often appeared, reflecting the problems of monopoly and anti-monopoly in collective management.Compared with other countries in the world,China's copyright collective management organization does not have a long development history, but it is more prone to abuse of market dominance, and the monopolistic behavior that destroys the market competition order also happens frequently. This is related to our country's economic environment and social foundation, but it is also a result of the incompleteness of this system. What we need to do is learn from the relevant experiences of other regions, constantly improve our country's institutional model, improve China's copyright collective management organization to protect the interests of copyright holders, and do everything we can to protect the producers of cultural soft power and the due value of works that came out.
