A typical situation in China is that people get aging far before they become wealthy. The problem of large aging population and fast aging speed brings new challenges to China's social and economic development and transformation.Facing the problem of aging in a short period of time,Pension pressure is becoming an inevitable trend,so it is very urgent to solve the problem of the new age. From the perspective of welfare culture, with the help of welfare pluralism and cultural dissonance theory, this paper studies the influence of The vicissitude of welfare culture on China's Social Security by using historical research and comparative analysis,Especially the impact on pension mode. With the arrival of the market economy era,the influx of western welfare thoughts has a huge impact on culture of providing for the aged, which is the traditional filial piety as the core.Since then, the traditional family clan system has been disintegrating, intergenerational relations alienation, family center shift, personal values transformation and the elderly's diversified pension needs are not satisfied. The old-age mode based on family pension is difficult to be universally applicable. In order to solve the pension pressure, the paper proposes that we should continue to explore the potential of family pension, develop the elderly community care and institutional care, play the guiding role of the government, change the concept of providing for the aged, strengthen the construction of family traditions. And then,we should develop new welfare culture, carry forward "social filial piety" and charity spirit, and promote the establishment of relevant laws and regulations.
