Exploring The "Internet +" Model Of Urban Community Home Care

With the rapid development of China's economy and society,and the urbanization process of our country continuously thorough,our country enjoy a "demographic dividend" brings many benefits,but also have to face the problem of population aging after the dividend,coupled with China from 1980 began to implement the family planning policy and our special the situation of the pension problem in today's society of China's elderly population is becoming increasingly severe.In practice,the family pension,pension institutions based on the mode of the emergence of many new pension model,community home care model for the elderly pension concept conforms to our country and the requirements of social development to become a more common pattern in the city pension.But there are still many problems in the practice,it can't satisfy the demands of the elderly pension,so from the combination of city endowment and"Internet plus" starting with the study of city endowment "Internet plus" mode,try to find and explore a new pension model in line with China's elderly pension demands economic and social development.The research of city endowment "Internet plus" mode is mainly based on theory and life cycle theory of Marx's political economics,the theory of public goods,community care,using the literature research method,case study method,comparative analysis method and interview method,this paper reviews the evolution of the endowment mode of our country and city community old-age home Internet + "mode,comparison and analysis of the current situation of the development and practical experience at home and abroad Internet pension model,it demonstrates the superiority of city endowment" Internet plus "mode in solving the pension problem in our country,in the model construction,we put forward the framework of city endowment" Internet plus "mode,put forward the construction of the model of policy recommendations,in order to promote the healthy development of city endowment" Internet plus "mode.In this paper,although the city community home endowment "Internet plus"pattern superiority and the overall framework is discussed,also gives some policy suggestions,but in view of the mode or in a theoretical exploration and experiment of the pilot phase,the study also compared the macro.This model should be the focus of future research in the development of specific policy guidelines and the reform of relevant systems.
