Research On The Legal System Of Online Food Safety Supervision

With the information era of booming development,e-commerce is emerging and online transaction application is becoming more and more popular.As an emerging market,the Internet market is popular with consumers,which makes online shopping become a fashion and convenient way of consumption.How to build a healthy online food safety regulation coordination system,how to effectively manage online food safety and how to make healthy and orderly development of the online food market becoming a problem of public concern,especially a new challenge for the administrative law enforcement agency,online shopping operators and online trading platform.This paper first analyzes the concept,characteristics and trading patterns of online shopping food.Secondly through the form of case leads the online food safety problems,combined with the hidden trouble in security online food,finding that at present our legal problems existing in the online food safety regulation and analyzes its reasons.Thirdly,the author enumerates the relevant experience of overseas online shopping food safety supervision and provides reference for domestic online shopping food safety supervision.Finally,the author puts forward the suggestions for online shopping food safety supervision based on China’s national conditions,and explores how the countermeasures of online food safety supervision to promote the development of online food trading in a healthy and safe way.
