Research On Legal Issues Of Operator Security Obligations

The development of economy and the progress of science has made people material life more rich than before,but people never stopped the pace to pursuing the higher quality life material,When people strive for the same resource,there will inevitably be some legal problems.With the rapid development of social economy and technology,people’s consumption level is increasing day by day,In the field of consumer activities,the relevant services provided by operators will inevitably arise.Due to the supporting services appear rapidly,A series of problems appear,such as the hardware not complete and service refinement not enough.when the consumers enjoy the service,the security problem has become the most prominent problem at the same time.For the operator’s security obligations,most of the countries has clearly defined,so as to provide effective protection for the vital rights of consumers.German security communication obligations provided important foundation for our country’s legal system development.Because of the late start,the present theory has not formed a unified system.In this paper,two real cases as the lead for comparing the case,discussing the problems of operator’s security obligations deeply and put forward countermeasures.According to the system construction,Hope create a more secure environment to provide more comprehensive protection.
