| Good running medical parole system enables the state of criminals in custody suffering from acute and severe diseases can receive timely,effective and scientific treatment,to ensure their life and health benefits,but also to some extent eased the pressure on the transformation of the regulatory unit.With the full proposed Rule of Law,the state have higher requirements for medical parole work related units found the current system to implement emerging new problems have hindered the normal operation of the system in specific judicial practice.Only the problems solved in time,multi-channel promotion of the legal system was further improved in order to better implement the system.Medical parole is a medical treatment outside prison,has unique characteristics,with the proviso that contains an invalid assumption,prohibitive,with the grantor and other conditions,including its procedures instituted preliminary,disability identification,sector reviews,collegiate prison,files for approval,reported approval,out of prison security,escort and other transfer in practice,due to the existing guidance for medical treatment insurance laws,regulations and normative documents,identification systems,monitoring links,study links,link less developed community correction,greatly influenced medical parole case normal processing.I work on medical parole problems found in the humble opinion and is willing to discuss with you.The first part is a review of the medical parole system;the second part is the legal basis for China’s current medical parole system running;The third part is the current medical parole system to run the existing problems;The last part is to improve the medical parole system. |
