Currently,the medical trouble is one of the most typical manifestations in the relationship between doctors and patients,which happens almost every major hospitals in our country everyday with varying degrees at any time,and all kinds of news about medical trouble are basically not rare to people,even there are many intentionally violences and murders to our nurses and doctors.In the long run,no one can protect the safety of the medical work groups,and patients wouldn't dare to believe in the doctors,their relationship will be lose control.We should realize that the medical trouble has no benefit to solve our problems in the relationship between doctors and patients,and the medical trouble is an illegal behavior,the patient and their families cannot get what they real want from this kind of method,even trapped into the extortion blackmail squeeze's situation.In order to solve them,this paper intends to use normative research method,comparative analysis method,deductive induction method and other methods,analyze as the following aspects.First,start from the content of medical trouble,and analyze it by the four-parts theory,list the effects and causes,to making people realize the reason that cause things happen majorly because the cognitions of the way people can solve the problems are not enough,combined with the lack knowledge of the illegal nature of the medical trouble,especially when the emergence situation occurs,and because the medical activities are too professional to easy understood by people,they all resulting a high incidence rate of disputes.Second,classify the medical troubles according to the law,and make it sure that which to which in the process,provide some help to the solutions,at the same time,pay attention to the slur situation to be a steppingstone to the next analyze.Third,the author takes the Zhongshan's successful experience to medical troubles and the other country's benefits combined with our own situation,and intends to absorb the advantages.Fourth,after the whole analyze,the author puts forward her own opinion,put the treatment of medical insurance into the law and other legal means is the best way,only by informing people of the illegal and give the public and doctors reasonable ways,as well as carry out the appropriate punishment and norms to the organization of the criminal groups.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the nature and relationship from the legal point of view,bulit the harmony value basis and through legal means to standardize and actively respond to improve the illegal costs,broaden the channels of rights in order to make this kind of scientific and reasonable way to be abandoned.
