Investigation And Study On The Status Of Postgraduate Training In Tibet Party School

With the development of the times,the generalization of education has brought new opportunities for on-the-job graduate education.In order to realize their self-worth,many excellent on-the-job graduate students,continuously pursue postgraduate education,but they have to give consideration to their family and career.Therefore,it is very difficult for them to accept full-time education.However,the cultivation method of on-the-job graduate education is better adapted to the various needs of the on-the-job graduate students.The work of Party school is the main part of the cause of the Party.And the Party school is the main way for the Party to educate and train Party members and cadres,sharply increase the quality of cadres and cultivate Party spirit.Studying the Culture condition of on-the-job graduate students in Party school,based on the actual survey results of 310 questionnaires of various majors and grades,this paper discusses the views and feelings of the on-the-job graduate students in the Party school of Tibet to the teachers’ teaching method,the completion of the learning tasks,the feelings of the learning of Party’s theoretical knowledge and opinions on study and the examination;analyzes the reasons for the lack of academic research ability and points out the existing problems;finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspect of the curriculum system,the level of scientific research,cultivation of teacher talents,teaching methods,graduation thesis and modern learning platforms.In the new situation,it is imperative to improve on-the-job graduate education in the Party school.The quality of the on-the-job graduate students’ study in the Party school has a direct impact on the teaching quality of education in the Party school.With the continuous development of the scale of on-the-job graduate education,to further improve the quality of training is the current important task.
