Indian Clean Development Mechanism Study

As the development of the management of global climate change,the cooperation between countries is moving from the divided party between Annex I countries and Non-Annex I countries under the framework of UNFCCC to the self-determined certified emissions reduction mechanism under the Paris Agreement.The clean development mechanism emphases the investment to the clean projects in the developing counties from the developed counties,the CERs will be sold in the carbon trade market and both developing countries and developed counties can benefit from the CERs to fulfill their emission reduction commitment.This essay will focus on the development of the clean development mechanism,the Indian efforts to maintain the clean development mechanism,the international cooperation between India and other counties and the challenges of Indian CDM development,which will prove that the clean development mechanism will play a significant role in the context of the management of global climate change and India will continue to be committed to the CDM development.
