Privacy is an essential civil rights.based on emphasizing the human dignity,personal subjectivity and the integrity of the personality development,it guarantees secret space of personal life from others and independent control of personal information.Today,the rule of law is gradually perfect,and individuals' call for seeking the life,body and spirit not affected by gratuitous interference is growing.Many countries regard privacy as the basic rights protected by the constitution.Constitution of mainland of China does not regard privacy as a basic right,some law only provides a certain degree of protection,but never make it clear only with the help of a reputation to protect privacy.Due to lack of directly protection,scope and strength of protection to privacy discount enormously.At first,the law of doesn't make clear regulation to privacy,later Taiwan region established the constitutional position of the right of privacy by Taiwan justice interpretation of the constitution,and the subsequent explanation further define the right of privacy,so Taiwan region accumulates rich experience in theoretical research and judicial.From the perspective of Taiwan region justice interpretation of the constitution,this paper combines relevant interpretation with legal scholars' evaluation and analysis to the interpretation to introduce the development of the privacy of Taiwan region,discuss justice interpretation of the constitution to the definition of privacy deeply,the boundaries of privacy and other rights and revelation to the development of privacy to mainland of China through combing and analyzing the development process of Taiwan's privacy and provides reference to Privacy's theoretical research and judicial review in judicial practice of mainland China.
